Due to structural damage, caused by the initial leaking shower, many of these shower repairs turned into complete renovations. The business enjoyed continued growth well into the 1990's with total renovation projects becoming bigger and more complex.

Bathroom Images Pty Ltd, complete with it's own specialist trades and the two divisions worked hand in hand together. In 2005 P.S.S.T. was sold to a new owner and Bathroom Images has over 20 years experience in residential, commercial and disabled bathroom renovations and offers a "one stop design, planning and renovation service".

Mr. Raymond Raad - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Raad has had extensive experience within the building and tile industries for over twenty-seven years, in practical on site and general management. Mr Raad pioneered shower repairs, where no such industry existed and now has created an industry in its own right. Mr. Raad has an accounting and managerial background and has an excellent knowledge of all types of tiles and the waterproofing industry.

Mr. Rob ert Mourad – DIRECTOR/SITE SUPERVISOR
Mr. Mourad has the skills and integrity provided by over thirty years of involvement in the building industry. Robert has comprehensive building construction industry experience and also served on the inaugural executive committee of the Waterproofing Industry Council of Australia (WICA - a division of the HIA) a consultative and formative waterproofing body; a position he held for 4-5 years. Due to his “grass roots” experiences (on site), Robert understands the requirements and complexities involved with construction and maintenance.

Rodney Harvey – CO-ORDINATOR/SITE SUPERVISOR
Rodney has extensive tiling industry and waterproofing knowledge. Having worked for himself as a wall & floor tiler and as a manager within the retail sector to the industry, Rodney has invaluable product and application knowledge and customer service experience. Rodney co-ordinates all of our trades and looks after the day to day issues so your project runs smoothly and efficiently. Rodney is also our safety officer and handles all OH&S related issues and assists with site supervision.

Jo Embury – SALES & DESIGN CONSULTANT
Jo has been involved in various facets of the building industry for over 10yrs covering tiling, kitchen, & bath-ware industries. Jo also has experience in Sales, Marketing & Public Relations. Jo's knowledge on bathroom trends & products help clients in their initial plan & concept stage. Her designs include fresh, contempory ideas as well as an in-depth knowledge of traditional themes. Her role involves sales, design consultation, personal shopper, and client liaison prior to work commencement.

Bathroom Images has it's own team of specialised tradesmen including licensed carpenters, plumbers, electricians, waterproofers, wall & floor tillers and experienced labourers, some of whom have been with our company since it's inception.
